Our Christmas cards and calendars 2018 are out now!

We are very proud of our 2018 calendar, which features the photos and stories of some of the cats we have trapped during the year.  It costs €7 and would make an ideal stocking filler or gifts to send abroad.

The pack of cards costs €5 and contains 6 cards with a different design on each.  There are two models to choose from.

Model 3 contains cards that were kindly designed by Axelle Rychembusch and feature the stories of a colony in Ardmore, Major Tom from Kilady, a large TNR project in Youghal, a young and beautiful Cork city cat, a well-cared for colony in Midleton and of some unusual customers in Mitchelstown.

Model 2 contains cards that were kindly designed by Axelle Rychembusch and feature the stories of a paradise garden in Ballinhassig; Butch Cassidy, the kitten who broke into a bank in Youghal; a new beginning in Kinsalebeg; Come-On from Whitegate; an inhabited garden in Grenagh and the tiny tortie from Monkstown.

Christmas Festivities 2016

This Christmas season is busier than ever and we will attend a number of events and have numerous fundraisers to help us to raise funds to continue our work with stray and feral cats.

On the 3rd of December, from 10am to 12pm, we will have a Coffee Morning at the Schooner Bar in Ballycotton, with a fantastic raffle. Join us to taste some of the most delicious cakes in East Cork!

Maxi Zoo Midleton are having a “guess how many balls” competition in aid of CCN with two hampers to be won. Pop in store and give your guess! Winners will be announced on the 23rd of December.

The Hairy Auction in aid of Community Cats Network

The Hairy Project was set up to hopefully raise funds for Dog and Cat Rescue,
by holding Auctions with items that have been made by me here in The Hairy House and items donated by like-minded Animal Lovers.
The first Hairy Auction started on 13th February and was in aid of Coolronan Dog Rescue, raising €1,850 for the Rescue.
The second Hairy Auction was held on 16th May for 10 days in aid of two Wonderful TNR Projects involved in Rescue and Rehoming. -Greystones Kitty Hostel and The TNR Fundraising Page run by Debbie Hogan who helps out TNR projects around Wicklow, Co Dublin and Dublin Areas. This auction raised €1,500 for Greystones Kitty Hostel. €1,000 for TNR fundraising Page run by Deborah Hogan and €200 for Maeve O’Donoghue for her Mullingar Dogs that she helps to get out of the Pound. and €50 each to 3 emergency Cases.
The third auction was in Aid of Cats Friends Rescue and took place on Friday 25th July . This Auction Raised €2,070.50 for Cats Friends Rescue.
REMEMBER None of this is possible without YOU. So Come and Join in the Fun and Help Save Lives!
TOTAL RAISED AND GIVEN OUT SO FAR IS €6,770.50 since February 2014
The Next Auction will be held in aid of Community Cats Network in Cork on Friday 25th September 2014 at 9pm.

Christmas Cards and Calendars

Our Christmas cards and calendars are out now!

Our calendar was designed by All for Animals and features rescued cats and dogs.  Each month, it also gives you a tip on how to better look after your pet.  It costs €6 and would make a perfect stocking filler for cat and dog lovers alike!

Our Christmas cards feature cats and kittens CCN has been involved with during the year.  You can find the story of the cat inside the card.  A pack costs €5 and contains 6 cards with a different design on each.  They were kindly designed by Sandra O’Callaghan.
